The Director of Administration, Human Resources and
Finance (DAF)’s role is multifaceted and vital to the overall success and
smooth functioning of K2 HR Services. The DAF wears multiple hats and is
responsible for many areas far removed from the finance and administration
functions. This includes Human resources, IT, legal and facilities and
collaborating with program implementation.
The Director of Finance and Administration will be a strategic
thought-partner, and report to the Country Director (CD). The successful candidate
will be a hands-on and participative manager and will lead and develop an internal
team to support the following areas: finance, planning and budgeting, human resources,
administration, and IT.
The Director of Finance and Administration will play a critical
role in partnering with the senior leadership team in strategic decision making
and operations as K2 HR Services continues to enhance its quality programming
and build capacity. This is a tremendous opportunity for a finance and

Skills, Qualifications and
Experience
Education
·
Master's degree in finance,
MBA in Finance or any other related field.
·
MBA, ACCA, CPA or related degree.
Experience
·
At least
6 years of overall experience, ideally 3 years on broad financial and
operational management experience.
·
At least
3 years working experience in a senior role (C-suite).
