SPHRi Bootcamp Recap – March Edition Led by Jocelyne Uwamahoro
In
March 2025, Rwanda Human Resources Management Organization (RHRMO), in
collaboration with K2 Career Center and Worldwide E-Learning Campus (WEC),
successfully hosted an impactful SPHRi Bootcamp facilitated by Jocelyne
Uwamahoro, a respected HR expert and certified professional.
Over
five intensive days, senior HR professionals from across Rwanda and the region
immersed themselves in strategic HR content aligned with the SPHRi (Senior
Professional in Human Resources – International) certification. The bootcamp
covered core functional areas including Leadership & Strategy, Workforce
Planning, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and HR Information Management.
Jocelyne
delivered engaging, practical sessions that blended global best practices with
local relevance. Participants praised the interactive format, the quality of
the materials, and the opportunity to network with fellow HR leaders.
The
March edition set the pace for excellence in professional HR development and
reaffirmed RHRMO’s commitment to advancing human capital in Africa.
